exclusive distributor for the heavy-duty market leader , Stertil-Koni, we serve various recession-resistant customers in the municipal, government, and education segments. Our commercial and construction divisions work with the biggest customers in the automotive dealership market - providing daily maintenance, installing new equipment, and equipping entire service centers.

Overall, we cover

six states in the Midwest

from our four locations in Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, and Wisconsin (with additional territories in Ohio and Illinois).

Daily, we sell and service automotive in-ground and above-ground lifts, mobile column lifts, fluid pumps, tanks, reels, exhaust removal systems, air compressors, refrigerant dryers, waste oil heaters, wheel service and alignment equipment, detail equipment, and an array of hydraulic equipment.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Head of Marketing

with over 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role managing teams and budgets. The ideal candidate will have experience driving integrated marketing strategies across both B2B and B2C channels. They will also have experience in marketing operations, including building and optimizing the marketing technology stack with a focus on CRM platforms to support both sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals across various functions, supporting both B2B and B2C marketing initiatives.

● Develop and implement performance metrics to ensure the team meets organizational goals.

● Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that thrives on achieving results.

Strategic Marketing Management:

● Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive business growth across B2B and B2C segments.

● Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, including email, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising, tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.

Marketing Operations & Technology:

● Oversee marketing operations, ensuring the efficient execution of marketing strategies.

● Partner with IT and vendors to manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.

● Lead initiatives to enhance CRM platform utilization, ensuring it effectively supports both sales and marketing objectives in both business and consumer markets.

● Implement data-driven marketing practices, leveraging CRM and other data sources to refine customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization efforts for B2B and B2C segments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership:

● Work closely with leaders across various departments to drive cross-functional collaboration.

● Serve as a key strategic partner to the executive team, contributing to the development and execution of the company's broader business strategies.

Market Research & Analysis:

● Support the sales team to implement go-to-market strategies for new products and services, ensuring successful launches and market adoption.

● Work with internal sales teams and manufacturers to align product positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies.

● Lead competitive analysis efforts to understand market trends and inform marketing strategies.

● Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales tools, training materials, and product collateral that support the sales process.

Brand Management & Development:

● Manage and develop marketing strategies for multiple brands under the SLE Technologies, Inc. umbrella, ensuring each brand is effectively positioned in its respective market.

● Ensure the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and audiences.

● Oversee the creation and management of marketing collateral, ensuring it aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.

● 5+ years of marketing experience with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, managing teams and budgets.

● Experience optimizing marketing operations and leading workflow management efforts.

● Working knowledge of integrated marketing strategies leveraging both traditional and digital channels.

● Experience managing integrations in marketing technology stacks, particularly CRM platform experience.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience leading marketing strategies for products and services.

● Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across both B2B and B2C markets.

● Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and techniques.

● Experience leading, interpreting, and actioning market research.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
