Job Objective:

As the Marketing and Communications Project Manager, you'll chart the course for projects that align with our strategic objectives, ensuring smooth sailing and impactful outcomes.

Your Mission:

From our Stuart, Florida base, you'll work alongside our global marketing team to map out and execute marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate with our headquarters staff and international sales team to produce multimedia assets, strategize business plans, and track our progress. Your attention to detail and organizational prowess will help keep us on course. Note: This role requires you to be on-site at our world headquarters in Stuart.

Responsibilities:Plan Your Dive:

Develop and manage timelines for all marketing projects.Coordinate the Crew:

Work with the Leadership Team to ensure all resources are onboard and aware of their roles, fitting their tasks within the project schedules.Navigate Business Development:

Partner with our Business Development team both domestically and internationally to maintain the flow of revenue. Create and manage campaign timelines for retaining memberships.Keep the Charts Updated:

Provide timely updates to the Leadership and Executive Teams on performance, status, and targets.Stay on Budget:

Collaborate with the Marketing Director to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of pricing, contracts, orders, and activities.Coordinate the Team:

Organize project roles and ensure all team members meet expectations.Dive into Events:

Assist with marketing, sales, promotional activities, and events.Streamline Operations:

Enhance efficiency and usage of HubSpot, our CRM system.Communicate Across Departments:

Keep everyone aligned with companywide and individual goals.Edit and Create:

Assist with the creation, review, and edits of newsletters and marketing promotions.Manage Digital Assets:

Organize and store digital files properly.Capture the Moment:

Oversee timelines and assignments for photography and videography shoots.Audio/Visual Coordination:

Set schedules for audio/visual needs of live recordings and planned shoots.Strategic Planning:

Implement annual and periodic strategic marketing initiatives.Social Media Dive:

Schedule and manage social media posts across various platforms.Design and Produce:

Create web and print graphics and video-based media for educational and advertising purposes.Approve and Post:

Review and approve social media posts for timely scheduling.Brand Integrity:

Uphold our Brand Architecture Guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:Nature Lover:

Water enthusiasts are a must; divers are especially welcome.Adobe Suite Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Acrobat is highly beneficial.Organizational Mastery:

Excellent skills in organization and process development.Design Familiarity:

Basic knowledge of design concepts and terminology.Social Media Savvy:

Experience with Meta, YouTube, AdWords, TikTok, and other platforms is a must.CRM Experience:

HubSpot experience is a plus.HTML Basics:

Basic HTML knowledge is a bonus.AV Experience:

Video and audio/video experience is advantageous.Tech Familiarity:

Knowledge of Gmail, Outlook, Slack, MS Office, Trello, Jira, Dropbox, and WordPress is helpful but not required.
