Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Wellness Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medspa and fitness studio as well as lead all marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness, able to operate independently, demonstrate excellent judgment and maturity, possess strong leadership skills, and have a strong sense of extreme ownership of operations to help grow the client base and scale the business. This position will work hand-in-hand with the nurse practitioner on-site.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.The Spa Manager is responsible for managing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere.The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for the dermatology industry.Manage staff schedules, conduct regular team meetings, and provide ongoing support and training to staff members.Ensure the studio is clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to all health and safety regulations.Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, maintaining a high level of customer service.Monitor and manage inventory of fitness and office supplies.Manage the studio’s budget, track expenses, and report on financial performance.Implement and enforce studio policies and procedures.
Marketing and Business Development:Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones to promote Eden Health and Medical Spa. Create and manage content for social media, email newsletters, and other marketing channels.Plan and oversee special events, promotions, and workshops to engage the community and promote studio services.Create engaging video content for social media platforms.Manage and update social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.Collaborate with the design team to produce promotional materials.Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.Assist in planning and coordinating events and meetings.Collaborate with local businesses and community organizations to build partnerships and enhance studio visibility.Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.Handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:Certified Health Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutrition CoachProven experience in pre-sales experience and sales marketing, preferably within the wellness or fitness industryProficiency in video production and editing tools.Strong social media management skills.Experience with Mind Body Online or similar client management systems.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of discretion and professionalism.
Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Health CoachMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
