We are currently seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team. The right person for this role will be detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn about promotional products! Prior experience in product management or merchandising is a plus but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with management to help shapeproduct categories
Analyze data to develop insights-based analysis/projects with recommendations focused on strategies and objectives
Participate in variousreview process working with other cross-functional teams to provide completesolutions
Provide consistent reporting that measures performance against strategies and objectives
Enter data accurately and efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong attention to detail and organization
Advanced skills in excel, computer and internet research skills
Experience with a CRM is a plus
Analytical and communication skill
Ability to recommend and develop creative solutions
Willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
Must be flexible, self-motivated and goal driven
Ability to work on complex projects with minimal guidance
SALARY/BENEFITS
Earn up to 2 weeks of PTO in your first year
