We are attracting strong talent that is committed to the growth of our business and the culture we are creating.We are looking for an experienced Director of Content & Creative Services to join our growing marketing organization. This person will have the opportunity to drive the creative strategy and design direction for our corporate, proprietary, private label and manufactured brands. The ideal candidate is excited by a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and is interested in bringing their unique capabilities to make a real contribution in taking our creative and content efforts to the next level.Key Responsibilities

Define visual identity strategies that shape the creative expression of our corporate, proprietary, private label, and manufactured brands.Drive thought leadership in design, identifying industry trends, assessing customer, consumer, and competitive insights, and clarifying implications for our brands’ visual expression.Lead and inspire a high performing team of designers and content specialists to develop impactful creative across packaging, sales enablement, events, marketing campaigns and our customers’ digital experience.Develop execution plans for large cross-functional projects that include detailed task plans, dependencies, milestones, and timing.Proactively prioritize projects, utilize resources, and set and achieve deadlines to maximize impact to total business.Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure content and creative initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.Review, evaluate and guide design development, pushing to inspire creative that addresses business challenges and communication objectives.Leverage talents of art direction, graphic design, motion design, copywriting, and content studio teams toward achieving common goals.Ensure all content and creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent identity and messaging.Effectively manage and maximize agency relationships.Investigate and assess emerging creative technologies and their potential application to optimize the design and production process.Manage budgets effectively, allocate resources appropriately, track expenditures and maximize ROI.Act as a thought leader by continuously identifying areas of opportunity in the business by way of creative problem solving and brand alignment.Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Exceptional multitasking and organization skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously, set priorities, utilize resources, identify, and meet deadlines.Keen creative sensibility with strong marketplace insight.Expert in Adobe creative suite.Strong leadership and team management experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Natural collaborator.Fluent in design principles, processes, and application of packaging regulations.A passion for storytelling and creating compelling content.Knowledge of project management systems, digital asset management systems and content management systems.Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing preferred.Minimum Experience, Education, And Certifications

Bachelor's degree in related field.Proven experience (7+ years) in creative services, or a related role with direct responsibility for managing a team.Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket industry is a plus.LOCATION: Charlotte (preferred), Memphis or Omaha
