We're also backed by founders and leaders of Truebill, Upstart, and Goldman Sachs.The Impact As a foundational member of our Product Marketing team, you will build our strategic marketing requirement documents to share our product’s vision, the competitive landscape, business analysis, and revenue opportunities. You will drive content strategy and cadence through blog posts, publications, user case stories, and other channels. You will create and manage collateral for sales enablement to support our current and future growth.What You’ll Do
Be the face of the product to the market and guide the ongoing initiatives across sales channels and product-centric campaigns such as customer-facing presentations, collateral, blog posts, customer case studies, and partner communications.Lead a strategic go-to-market plan for new and existing products, including messaging, naming and core assets development - ensuring consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all external communications and marketing materials.Create thoughtful buyer and user personas and leverage them to create resonant marketing, sales enablement, and messaging.Your day to day may vary between researching an emerging area of Fintech, preparing an executive to pitch at an industry conference, or presenting our product roadmap to a potential partner.Enhance product’s profitability by making strategic choices about packaging & pricing, collaborating with product and growth teams to lift brand awareness and product usage.Conduct competitive analysis to lead the positioning of the product.Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of customers.Who You Are
You have 5+ years experience in a product marketing, market research, analysis, content marketing, or strategy role, ideally within enterprise SaaS or fintech.Have Analytical Horsepower — Data-backed decisions are your thing. You can pair historical data, customer insights and industry trends to make decisions. You are savvy with BI tools and data manipulation to draw insights about your products and your customers, informing robust and comprehensive strategies and growth opportunities.Strategic Planner — You have a vision and the confidence to convince others on the team to follow your path. You know what’s required to put the plan into action and bring the vision to life.Strong Communicator — You’re a strong storyteller; have written short-form and long-form content, and can point to examples of your writing and presentations. This is a connective role with important interfaces across the entire company. You are skilled at structured and complete communication, and you are comfortable articulating what needs to be done when things are ambiguous.
