Please note focus would be on sales duties and tasks primarily related to groups, prospecting for leads, and corporate business.

As a Sales Manager, you will bring a high-energy, customer-centric focus and drive to the total sales efforts of the hotel. You will:

Grow and maintain relationships with key clients to produce topline business, including room revenues.

Strategize, implement, and accomplish quarterly sales plans.

Lead and partner with operational departments relating to all sales outcomes.

Champion brand and company reputation, cultivating relationships with local community groups and companies.

Entertain and/or travel to events to generate business.

Proactively conduct sales blitzes, outside sales, inside sales, and/or new conversations to spark new leads.

Ensure all negotiated rate contracts, group contracts, RFPs, and filing of all items stay up to date.

Qualifications:

- Negotiation skills

- Computer skills

- Account management background

- Strong analytical abilities

- Proven sales track record

- Leadership qualities

- Proficiency in outside sales and B2B sales

- Marketing knowledge

- Familiarity with technology sales and Salesforce

- Technical sales expertise

- Customer service orientation

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
