POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Partnership Marketing Associate to join our Partnership Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting Partnership Marketing’s programs, campaigns and initiatives. This includes collaborating cross-functionally with other departments, to ensure alignment and obtaining necessary approvals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Consumer Engagement: Develop, execute, and manage marketing programs, campaigns and initiatives, including but not limited to content marketing, social media, and consumer events activations.

Lead the planning and execution of consumer activations, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently, including manage event staffing, setup, and breakdown, ensuring all elements are in place for a successful activation.

Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure messaging alignment and consistency across programs and initiatives.

Interpret data and metrics to drive programs, campaigns and initiatives performance and optimization.

Project Management: Plans, organizes, and executes projects from start to finish, while working within schedules and budgets.

Coordinate efforts across various stakeholder groups, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure seamless execution of projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 3-5 Years experience in marketing recommended.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and streaming platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, Netflix.)

Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
