About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented
Partnership Marketing Associate
to join our dynamic Partnership Marketing team. This role is crucial for supporting our marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to ensure project alignment and obtain necessary approvals, while managing consumer engagement and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Consumer Engagement:Develop, execute, and manage marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives, including content marketing, social media, and consumer events.
Lead the planning and execution of consumer activations, handling logistics such as event staffing, setup, and breakdown.
Ensure alignment and consistency of messaging across various teams and initiatives.
Analyze data and metrics to optimize program and campaign performance.
Project Management:
Plan, organize, and execute projects from inception to completion, adhering to schedules and budgets.
Coordinate efforts with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficient in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and streaming platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, Netflix).
Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
Skills:

Creative problem solver with a strategic approach.

Pay Details:
$62.00 to $67.00 per hour
