Traffic Coordinator - Marketing

LHH is seeking a Contract Traffic Coordinator to join our clients team in Dallas. You will play a crucial role coordinating creative projects, ensuring they move smoothly through each stage of production. This is a contract role that will go through the December 2024.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working within a project management software to track the progress and maintain the scheduling of projects as they move through production.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the workflow of creative projects from beginning to end, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements
Work closely with creatives to run quality assurance checks on all projects
Use Workfront or similar project management software to track project progress, assign tasks, and manage deadlines
Identify and address any issues or delays in the project process
Implementing solutions to keep projects on track
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in Workfront or similar platform
Ability to effectively interact with teams
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Pay Details: $20.00 - 25.00 per hour
The role is contract and onsite in Dallas, Texas.
