Job Description:**30 hrs per week**
This role is not your true project Manager role. It is a true creative job and works with creatives to get projects out the door so they manage the beginning to the end.Looking to bring in a contract traffic coordinator to manage all assigned Product Marketing, Social, and Sales Education InTouch (internal tool) and Online Ordering jobs. This will include all steps needed in Workfront from inception to delivery of new and quarterly projects.30 projects in Workfront PM oracle based very intuitive program past experience in PM based toolInTouch (internal) website for consultants and Online Ordering. This person will be on their laptop, In the weeds with tight deadlines, detailed orientated, solutions oriented.Manage all assigned Product Marketing, Social, and Sales Education InTouch and Online Ordering jobs. This will include all steps needed in Workfront from inception to delivery of new and quarterly projects.Workfront from inception to delivery of new and quarterly projects.Schedule project briefs, attend meetings as needed in person and on teams.Open and process all jobs in Workfront, maintain the flow of work and document progress.Step in as support for other account manager's jobs including routings, follow up with creative and project owners, etc.Work to Handle Amount Time Notes InTouch Pages and Online Ordering Pages for Product Promotional Periods, Social Content, Sales Education InTouch
