This role is not your true project Manager role. It is a true creative job and works with creatives to get projects out the door so they manager the beginning to the end.
• 30 projects in Workfront PM oracle based very intuitive program past experience in PM based tool• InTouch (internal) website for consultants and Online Ordering. This person will be on their laptop, In the weeds with tight deadlines, detailed orientated, solutions oriented.
• manage all assigned Product Marketing, Social, and Sales Education InTouch and Online Ordering jobs through January 2024. This will include all steps needed in Workfront from inception to delivery of new and quarterly projects.• Workfront from inception to delivery of new and quarterly projects.Schedule project briefs, attend meetings as needed in person and on teams.2. Open and process all jobs in Workfront, maintain the flow of work and document progress.3. Step in as support for other account managers jobs including routings, follow up with creative and project owners, etc.Work to Handle Amount Time NotesInTouch Pages andOnline Ordering Pagesfor ProductPromotional Periods,Social Content, SalesEducation InTouch
