439911BASIC PURPOSE :This position is responsible for selling fuel and diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) to a diverse range of customers nationwide.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Sales and Business DevelopmentIdentify and target profitable new business opportunities to expand the customer base for fuel and DEF.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve profitable sales targets and grow market share.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to assess their needs and introduce new products and promotions.Product ExpertiseMaintain in-depth knowledge of the companys product offerings, including fuel and DEFEducate customers on product features, benefits, and applications to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and new products.Sales Reporting and AdministrationPrepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans to management.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and customer service, toAdditional responsibilitiesComplete operational tasks as needed to meet customer demands.Deliver product to customer as needed.Assist in inventory management to ensure customer orders can be met.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Education:

High school Diploma or equivalent requiredBachelors Degree or equivalent experience - Preferred

Experience:
