The Content and Design Coordinator will contribute to existing marketing and branding initiatives, while assisting with the development of new initiatives. This role is crucial in managing our marketing media studio, overseeing photography and video assets, and assisting in the production of engaging multimedia content along with creating graphic assets for various internal product lines, tradeshows, and events. The ideal candidate will also support in the management, fulfillment of our internal marketing portal while maintaining a high standard of compliance to brand guidelines for all assets. The diversity of these projects requires advanced organizational skills, a multitasking mindset, and the ability to execute on tight and shifting deadlines with a keen attention to detail.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Assist in the management and scheduling of in-house marketing media studio dedicated to product, marketing, and personnel photography.Oversee project management and asset library for internal video content capture and post-production related to product demonstrations, internal communications, and marketing campaigns from conception to final edit.Create visually appealing and effective presentations and event collateral for internal functions.Assist in the development of tradeshow visual presence and accompanying marketing collateral for multiple brands.Contribute to the creative development, production, and execution of local and national marketing campaigns, product marketing, and promotional activations while ensuring all messaging meets brand compliance, consistency, voice and tone.Collaborate with internal departments on the design of product labels, point-of-sale displays, technical data sheets, printed collateral and additional assets for existing and new product lines.Support in the development and maintenance of our internal marketing portal to ensure content and products are up-to-date, relevant, in-stock, and easily accessible for internal stakeholders.Other responsibilities as assigned by the Creative and Brand ManagerMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field.Preferred experience (4 years) in graphic design, photography, video production, and multimedia content creation.Proficiency in Adobe suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and Premiere ProProficiency in full Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPointCreative mind with superb written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of AP style best practicesAbility to execute on multiple and overlapping projects as dictated by the needs of the businessWorking Conditions and/or Physical Demands:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.This position will be requested to travel for projects per the Creative and Brand Manager’s discretionReports to the Creative and Brand Manager.
