Support Web Developer

As a Support Web Developer, you will collaborate with our clients, strategists, interactive and creative teams to troubleshoot, debug, test, and develop solutions to ensure our products meet the highest standards. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from maintenance and support to quality assurance and DevOps.Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot, debug, and make hot fixes to existing client websites and web applications- Maintain and upgrade websites, plugins, applications, and data feeds- Code websites, web pages, and components efficiently with minimal supervision- Assist with software deployments, database clean-up, and code reviews- Test products rigorously on various platforms and devices- Document errors and collaborate with team members to correct issues- Automate infrastructure and workflows to improve collaboration and productivity- Stay up-to-date on technical knowledge and implement secure solutions based on client requirements- Work closely with Project Management and Production teams to ensure project successMinimum Qualifications:- Proficiency in web programming languages (HTML, SASS, CSS, JS, PHP)- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify)- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MariaDB)- Understanding of Search Engine Optimization techniques and Web Core Vitals- Comfortable with command line interfacesIf you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for web development, we want to hear from you!
