The Brand Advocacy team
amplifies the brand
through employee advocacy and evangelism, social media, talent brand, and our client's storytelling network. This contract role reports to the Senior Social Media Manager in North America.
Responsibilities:Craft content that helps build the brand with social-first thinking and share-worthy executions - high-quality, visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for use across various social channels.Lead the creative process through a hands-on and collaborative approachBrainstorm concepts, pitch ideas & design social content to bring ideas to lifeStay current on social trends, best practices, and look for opportunities to incorporate them into social-first creativeOngoing development of new ideas, creative concepts, designs, and art treatmentsCreate videos, reels, YT Shorts with a complete understanding of the types of video formats that work best across various social networksEnsure all creative adheres to existing brand guidelines and social best practicesCollaborate across internal teams to ensure goal alignment and campaign optimization.Requirements:
3+ years of art direction or graphic design experience in an agency or in-house (advertising, digital, social media, publishing/content)Experience designing social-first graphics, shooting, and editing videosSelf-starter, with a record of working collaboratively, quickly, and with minimal oversightAn understanding of what works - and doesn't - in social mediaInnate curiosity and 'in the culture' mentalityThe ability to work under pressure and hit deadlinesProven experience in graphic design and social media content creation (share previous work and anything that conveys the way you think or approach assignments)Affinity for the construction and technology industriesTools: Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, Adobe Premiere Pro and othersBonus skill: Motion graphics, animation
