Description:Culver Franchising System, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Graphic and Production Designer to join their world-class marketing team and play a critical role in building the Culver's brand through creating visually impactful creative and sound production solutions. This person will create and manage visual assets that are used in promoting our restaurants at a local and systemwide level resulting in strengthening our brand and delivering business results. They will also be responsible for managing local restaurant marketing assets and managing prepress and producing production-ready files.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for conducting pre-flight and technical integrity checks to ensure all artwork is production ready and a polished final product• Adhere to all vender specific print specifications including color management, layout and file formatting• Ensure production runs meet budgetary considerations• Perform press checks• Identifying and resolving design or application issues
Create and submit production-ready assets for various key programs and systemwide campaigns• Vendor management and communication of all campaign Point of Purchase needs• Create schedules and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
Support Local Restaurant Marketing (LRM) needs, in coordination with Market Managers• Creating and maintaining print materials including campaign in-restaurant materials, restaurant requests and billboard support• Ensure external print program vendors are providing best in class products with a cost effective, turn-key solution
Serve as in-house Creative and Production resource by researching and provide print production quotes across multiple supplier resources and internal programs
From concept to production, able to translate verbal or written communications into high-quality designs that meet specifications, brand guidelines and project requirement• Ensure designs align with the Culver's aesthetic and market needs• Apply feedback from key stakeholders• Image capture and manipulation to be used in layout designs
Maintain and provide support of Digital Asset Management on culversmarketing.com and digital asset management platform• Ensure assets are categorized and tagged properly
Manage print vendor relationship• Manage inventory and re-run schedule of all Point of Purchase print materials and merchandise
Requirements:• Minimum two-year college degree plus 3-5 years' experience in Graphic Design or related area, including hands-on projects, learning experiences or internship(s).• Proficiency in Mac environment with Adobe Creative Cloud software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create and refine designs.• Basic knowledge of Microsoft software including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.• Familiarity with digital, offset printing and pre-press processes and software.• Solid understanding of color, typography, imagery, and overall composition with and a keen eye for aesthetics and design.

Starting Pay Range: $24.00-$26.50 per hour commensurate with experience.Classification: Non-Exempt/Hourly, full-time position.
