Must have skills:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Digital Media, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in digital design, preferably in a fast-paced, creative environment.A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma and other relevant design software.Job Description:

An innovative designer focused on executing work that drives demand for Customer Success and Partner Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print and web design, a familiarity with motion design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating visually compelling designs. They'll do everything from executing design assets, to resizing and repurposing imagery for use across digital campaigns. All work must adhere to - and extend - the existing style guide, and design system.

The ideal candidate has solid design skills, and experience working with other visual designers, illustrators, and multimedia specialists. This role is within the Customer Success and Partner Marketing, Digital and Design team; reporting to the Senior Manager of Design.

Key Responsibilities:Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video content.Develop high-quality digital assets, including banners, ebooks, and interactive content, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for digital campaigns and projects.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics and digital design to continuously improve skills and deliver cutting-edge work.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Digital Media, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in digital design, preferably in a fast-paced, creative environment.A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma and other relevant design software.Strong visual storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail, composition, and color.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
