Graphic Designer BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Graphic Designer for an opportunity in Eagan, MN Co-Location! Position Title: Graphic Designer Location: Eagan, MN Anticipated Start Date: 08/26/2024 Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 6+ Months Job Type: Part Time (< 40 HRS WEEKLY) - CONTRACT - Remote Pay Range: $40/hr - $50/hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Key responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and translate ideas into visual representations of new product and packaging concepts. * Generate a high volume of visual assets, in a short time frame (in real time, and within a day) including product mockups, packaging variations, and brand explorations, using a combination of AI image generation tools (e.g., DALL-E and Adobe Firefly) and traditional design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite). * Explore a wide range of visual possibilities, experimenting with different styles, formats, and levels of fidelity based on the specific needs of each project. * Present your work clearly and concisely, articulating design decisions and their impact on the learning process. * Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and simultaneously handling multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications: * 3-5 years of experience in a graphic design role, demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual communication. * At least 6 months in AI image generation tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly) and traditional design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite). * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
