Golden Valley, MN - Hybrid or RemoteGraphic Designer | AI (Artificial Intelligence) | Part-Time Job Description:The Graphic Designer | AI (Artificial Intelligence) | Part-Time will play a key role in our fast-paced innovation ecosystem, using their expertise to rapidly visualize new product and packaging concepts. This role focuses on bringing ideas to life through compelling visuals, fueling iterative learning and decision-making within a large company.What you'll do as the Graphic Designer | AI (Artificial Intelligence) | Part-Time:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and translate ideas into visual representations of new product and packaging conceptsGenerate a high volume of visual assets, in a short time frame (in real time, and within a day) including product mockups, packaging variations, and brand explorations, using a combination of AI image generation tools (e.g., DALL-E and Adobe Firefly) and traditional design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).Explore a wide range of visual possibilities, experimenting with different styles, formats, and levels of fidelity based on the specific needs of each projectPresent your work clearly and concisely, articulating design decisions and their impact on the learning processWhat you'll bring to the Graphic Designer | AI (Artificial Intelligence) | Part-Time role:Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in a graphic design role, demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual communication6+ months of experience with AI image generation tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly) and traditional design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)Excellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamThrive in a fast-paced, agile environmentAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and simultaneously handle multiple projects with accuracyStrong attention to detail
