Graphic Designer

Required Skills/Experience:-3-5 years of experience in a graphic design role, demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual communication-At least 6 months in AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, etc.) and traditional design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)-Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and part of a teamJob Description/Responsibilities:The Hybrid Graphic Designer (AI + Traditional) will play a key role in our fast-paced innovation ecosystem, using their expertise to rapidly visualize new product and packaging concepts. This role focuses on bringing ideas to life through compelling visuals, fueling iterative learning and decision-making within a large CPG company.Instead of focusing on polished, final designs, this role prioritizes speed and iteration, creating a constant flow of visual stimuli for testing and feedback. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, translating their ideas into tangible representations that can be used for consumer research, internal alignment, and rapid prototyping.
