You actually see them all the time.

But don't worry, you're not alone.

A "PTAC," or Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner, is the in-wall AC unit you most commonly see below the window in your hotel room. At RoomOne Solutions, we sell new and refurbished PTACs; manage the removal and installation of PTACs in the field; and refurbish used PTAC units to extend their useful life.

Our core customer market is hoteliers - ranging from the world's largest brands to independent "mom and pop" small-business owners. Additionally, we also support residential homeowners, as well as customers in managed care, multi-family housing, and dormitories.

The thing that makes us a little different is that we spend a lot of our time focused on refurbished PTACs. We obtain used PTACs from the field, refurbish them using Lean Manufacturing techniques and processes, and then sell them via online, call center, and enterprise channels. We do this at scale, with the mission of providing the lowest cost of conditioned air to the PTAC market.

We are searching for a top-flight Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Knoxville, TN. Reporting directly to the VP Growth Marketing & E-Commerce, this role will play a pivotal part in the growth of our refurbished PTAC sales.

The ideal candidate is equal parts right brain and left brain - someone with genuine creative talent capable of generating wonderful content, while also being someone with a drive for organization and structure bordering on anal.

About This RoleIn this role, you will need to execute the following objectives:

Project Management:

Create and manage marketing projects from ideation to completion (on time and on budget);Liaise with external agencies and internal teams to execute marketing initiatives; andDrive forward movement, track and communicate progress, and independently resolve issues as they arise.

Content Creation:

Develop and oversee content creation for social, email, print, and e-commerce;Align content with brand guidelines and marketing objectives; andSource and manage external creative talent to produce exceptional content.

Campaign Integration:

Connect creative deliverables to specific advertising campaigns, ensuring consistency and coherence across all marketing materials.Lead the integration of our content into multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential marketing.

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

Coordinate content and schedules for social media platforms, ensuring timely and engaging posts that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.Support the creation of compelling content for email marketing campaigns, focusing on audience segmentation and personalization.
