Job Description:

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving digital marketing excellence and measurable growth? Frazier and Deeter (FD) is seeking a Digital Marketing & Operations Manager who will oversee and optimize our marketing technology stack and digital marketing efforts across all channels, reporting directly to the CMO. In this role, you will merge creativity with analytics to spearhead our digital strategy, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and driving engagement through digital channels with our target audiences.

Job Overview: The Digital Marketing & Operations Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategy while optimizing marketing operations for the firm. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring expertise in digital marketing and content creation, operations management, and leadership of a small but nimble team.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support client acquisition.Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.Analyze and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.Campaign Management

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and industry best practices.Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.Content Development Support

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute engaging content plans that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.Manage and optimize the firm's website for search engines, user experience, and lead generation.Marketing Operations

Oversee the implementation and management of marketing automation systems to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance lead nurturing.Oversee the development and management of the marketing operations budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership.Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Set clear goals and delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure timely execution of campaigns and projects.Client and Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts, providing necessary tools and information for effective deal closing.Collaborate cross-functionally with segment and content marketing, and other teams to align strategies and maximize impact.Industry Trends and Innovation

Stay informed about digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry innovations.Recommend and implement new tools, strategies, and technologies to maintain competitiveness and effectiveness in digital marketing channels.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field;Preferred 6+ years of experience in digital marketing and operations management, preferably within a B2B professional services environment.Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.Experience with marketing automation systems (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).Expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions, showcasing solid reasoning and methodology.Forward-looking leadership, communication, and project management skills.
