Job Description

NSF is looking for a Digital Solutions Marketing Manager to scale up its Digital Commercial Solutions business. In this role, you are responsible for developing and executing a robust and innovative global go to market strategy to drive explosive growth of our SaaS business in existing and new markets through working collaboratively with business leaders, technology, and the sales team. You will report to the Digital Commercial Solutions Business Unit Leader, with a dotted line into the Chief Commercial Officer.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, including product innovation, product development roadmap, definition and positioning, messaging, pricing, and go-to-market plans with the aim to build a growing suite of digital solutions that are synergistic with our core food, nutrition, water, and life sciences businesses.Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and growth targets.Create demand generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.Define product portfolio based upon target markets and customer personas.Develop marketing plans for new product launches relevant to the applicable sectors including food, nutrition, water, and life sciences.Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine and adjust product and marketing strategies.Collaborate with the other strategic divisional and regional marketing teams to support the localization and implementation of marketing plans for key regionsDevelop and maintain relationships with the shared services functions, for comms/ PR, digital marketing and market research / innovation teamsOversee the development of compelling marketing content, collateral, client pitches, and presentations.Drive thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, industry reports and any relevant speaking engagements.Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.Collaborate with external agencies, partners, and vendors to enhance marketing efforts and expand our reach.Support the development and implementation of the business's strategyMonitor and report on key marketing performance metrics and KPIs.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.#LI-BH1

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in senior marketing roles in the SaaS industryProven track record of driving successful marketing strategies and campaigns in a technology/SaaS environmentIn-depth understanding of SaaS business models, target markets and trends, and customer personasStrategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable marketing plansExcellent project management skills to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholdersData-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing metrics and make data-backed decisionsProficiency in digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation platformsExceptional communication and presentation skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite and use of Salesforce and Pardot is preferredWillingness and ability to travel globally (approx. 20%)
