Drive new demonstrator (sales force) and customer profitable growth by leading the development, implementation, product marketing, and analysis of promotions, campaigns, and demonstrator incentives. This may include leading content development and channel marketing activities such as web page content, email, direct mail, digital/print advertising, social media, search engine marketing, etc.Meet campaign sales and marketing strategies through effectively coordinating campaign deliverables with internal creative and communications teams.Understand how to create and execute effective marketing campaigns within a direct-sales business model.Track, analyze, and report on effectiveness of marketing/sales efforts. Incorporate competitive research and industry best practices. Use the information to make continual improvement to current plans and future recommendations. Participate in product strategy development, then ensure that marketing efforts align with the strategy throughout the product life cycle. Requirements BA/BS in marketing or business-related field or equivalent experience; a minimum of 2 years' experience creating and executing sales and marketing plans is highly desired.Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to establish and follow timelines, prioritize, multitask, and show attention to detail.High degree of initiative with ability to anticipate needs, make recommendations, and take appropriate action.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively and professionally with internal and external clients and vendors.Experience working with international direct-selling companies a plus.
