Requirements for VP of Marketing:
Extensive experience managing retail products, including creative, packaging, bottling, shipping, inventory tracking, and distribution.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills for developing effective marketing campaigns.Significant experience in management and profit & loss (P&L) oversight.Proven track record in budget and project management.Deep expertise in leading qualitative and quantitative research and analysis on brand health, consumer behavior, and product portfolios.IN OFFICE - Atlanta - Local candidates ONLY. Some travel in the South East.
Qualifications for VP of Marketing:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.Over 10 years of progressive experience in brand development within consumer packaged goods (CPG), particularly adult beverages.At least 5 years of experience managing a marketing department in a highly competitive category across multiple brands.Strong experience in leading and managing creative, paid media, and public relations (PR) agencies.
