Principal Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Agency Relations:Manage the day-to-day activities of the Agency Relations and Program Services Team including onboarding, regular one-on-ones, annual staff reviews, and professional development planning.

Like the look of this opportunity Make sure to apply fast, as a high volume of applications is expected Scroll down to read the complete job description.Oversee agency orders are accurately processed and posted one (1) business day following receipt by the Partner Agency and/or Programs.Be the point person for all software used by departments (CERES, Agency Express, Fresh Trak).Help to prepare, administer, and manage annual budgets for Agency Relations.Manage a portfolio of 25 Partner Agencies, overseeing compliance with policies and procedures and strategically collaborating with them to maximize their capabilities and contributions to the broader hunger relief network.Assist with implementing capacity framework activities, strategic spending of grant funds, overseeing the Agency Mart, and more including reporting on changes for target metrics.Identify key strategic partner relationships and participate in onboarding with new partners.Ensure the Agency Relations key metrics are tracked and reported on promptly.Oversee execution of ongoing engagement (re-training, conferences, regional meetings, etc.) programming for Partner Agencies.Follow-up on client complaints at Partner Agencies as needed and as outlined by a formal MSFB complaint process promptly.Collaborate with Partner Agencies Team to produce reports that articulate the progress the Agency Relations Team is making on annual goals, and communicate thoughtfully to ensure a productive partnership between Partner Agencies and the MSFB.Ensure Partner Agencies are operating within all established guidelines outlined in MSFB’s Partner Manual and Feeding America’s Partner Food Bank Agreement (PFBA Play Book).Responsible for the development and distribution of an agency newsletter monthly.Oversee the proper maintenance of partner agency files per Feeding America guidelines.Ensure that all partner agencies' monitoring, screening, and documentation is accomplished promptly.Assure equitable access to food statewide by utilizing gap analysis and other tools.Other duties as assigned.Program Services (Child Nutrition, SNAP Outreach, Diaper Bank, Rural Route, Senior Feeding, Door Dash, and Mobile Pantry):Help to prepare, administer, and manage annual budgets for all Program Services.Ensure that all Programs are reporting/tracking key metrics and reported on promptly.Follow up on complaints with Programs as needed and as outlined by a formal MSFB complaint process promptly.Work with the Programs Team to produce reports that articulate the progress the Program Services Team is making on annual goals, and communicate thoughtfully to ensure a productive partnership between the Programs and the MSFB.Ensure Programs are operating within all established guidelines outlined in MSFB’s Program’s Manual and Feeding America’s Partner Food Bank Agreement (PFBA Play Book).Oversee the proper maintenance of Program files in line with Feeding America guidelines.Ensure that monitoring, screening, and documentation of all Programs is accomplished promptly.Annually evaluate programs on their effectiveness and sustainability.Work closely with the Development Team to develop funding sources and acknowledgments.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of relevant leadership experience in Public Policy, Customer Service, and community-based nonprofit organizations.Demonstrated experience with data collection, reporting, and program evaluation.Experience working in supply chain management.Customer service/relations experience.Ability to travel throughout the service area for meetings and/or conferences.Ability to travel outside the service area for meetings and/or conferences.A strategic thinker who can see how complex systems work together.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including public speaking, meeting facilitation, and partnership agreement writing.Proficient in using Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Ability to learn our inventory software program, CERES.Ability to interact effectively in the community and at multiple levels within organizations, Food Bank Staff, Volunteers, Visitors of the Food Bank, Vendors, Partner Agencies, and clients.Experience supervising a team of full-time paid staff.Valid Driver’s License.To apply, stop by the office at 3865 S.
