Responsible for creating the roadmaps and the execution for customer retention, all marketing platforms including email, SMS social media platforms for four Mattel US Retail market locations. This position will plan, manage, and execute all brand activations including pop-ups, conventions, and campus events. Manage and develop charity sales program including the deployment of catalogs to charities throughout the US.What Your Impact Will Be:Sales and Promotions:Managing the Mattel US Retail marketing efforts to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.Lead the digital marketing strategy with all advertising campaigns including deployment of e-blasts, social media, website design.Develop all copy and creative designs for e-blasts, website, store signage, promotional flyers, etc.Manage the development of marketing assets beginning with the creative and copy through to the deployment and analytical reporting for all social media platforms.Lead the employee campus activations at the Corporate retail location to promote employee engagement.Work collaboratively with Mattel business units to maximize support and opportunities for all retail activations, pop-up stores, conventions and brand activations which generate $1.9M incremental revenue.Spearhead special projects including charitable events, corporate partner events and exclusive consumer licensed product lines.Manage customer data and develop strategies to capitalize on targeted marketing and customer retention.Provide leadership to all four retail stores in the development of annual promotional calendars and advertising schedule to ensure revenue targets are achieved.Lead strategy to raise awareness increase the charity sales to generate $1M in annual sales, in partnership with the Mattel Children's Foundation.Manage promotional activities including product planning and pricing tool.Financial Reporting:Develop annual marketing forecast to meet AOP, overhead budgets and allocate appropriately to the four retail market areas.Compile weekly, monthly, and annual sales and profit reports, sales by customer type and ad spend.Month end reporting, including sales, profit, tracking of key drivers and reclasses and accruals.Track sales and foot traffic lift for advertising campaign summaries.Calendar management for all promotions, brand activations and seasonal pop-ups.Retail Operations:Support retail operations as needed for management coverage.Customer Experience and Retention:Develop the CRM and retention strategy to increase frequency of shopping and increase basket size.Develop and manage key metrics to measure service performance at each retail location.Develop and execute customer experience program for best-in-class shopping experience.In collaboration with store management develop hospitality training for store associates.What We're Looking For:4 years experience in brand marketing and/or retail marketingStrong understanding of social media advertisingStrong analytic skills with the ability extract and understand data using Google Analytics, Meta Data, CRM to make recommendations.Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe, IllustratorStrong collaborator with an entrepreneurial focusManage many projects simultaneously across multiple departments.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire.Excellent communication skills, written and oral.Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.Flexible and nimble with the ability to work in a team environment or independently.Bachelor's degree Business Administration or Marketing preferred.Hourly:The base hourly rate for this position is between $20.00 and $24.00. This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base hourly rate will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.Don't meet every single requirement?
