JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with a strong background in communications and exceptional copywriting skills to join our HR Communications team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for marketing, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess a deep understanding of recruitment marketing for frontline and professional positions. This role is pivotal in attracting top talent by developing compelling and strategic communication messages and copy. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing skills, a solid background in communications, and proven leadership capabilities. This individual will be expected to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Ensure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProject Management:Lead and manage HR communications projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality communication materials.Strategic Planning:Develop and implement data-driven communication strategies aligned with HR goals that support initiatives focusing on recruiting for frontline positions.Content Creation:Craft compelling content across various channels, including social media posts, job postings, recruitment campaigns, career pages, and other communication platforms to support all business units within Charter.Write clear, persuasive, and creative copy that aligns with the company's branding and marketing goals.Collaboration:Work closely with HR, talent attraction and acquisition teams, recruitment marketing partners, and business units to align recruitment messaging with Charter's employee value proposition.Collaborate with creative and design teams to produce high-quality recruitment marketing materials.Market Research:Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in HR communications, recruitment marketing, and employer branding.Metrics and Reporting:Analyze recruitment reporting and metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results to enhance the candidate experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSSkills / Abilities and KnowledgeCreative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.Thrives on collaboration and teamwork while also being able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through excellent organizational and time management skills.Understanding of marketing strategies for talent attraction.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in communications, with a strong focus on copywriting and recruitment marketing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clear, concise messaging and a keen eye for detail.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across various functions and levels within the organization.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative recruitment strategies.Thorough understanding of HR best practices and the ability to translate into engaging content.EducationBachelor's degree in related field (Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Public Relations) is required.Related Work Experience5-7 years in HR Communications, Employee Communications, or Internal communications.WORKING CONDITIONSOffice environment with hybrid option. Travel as required.
