Sales and Marketing Director

to provide freedom of choice, independence, self-expression, and an opportunity to use physical and cognitive abilities for our Residents at

Harbour Pointe Senior Living .

Job description:

As the Marketing Director, your primary objective will be to cultivate relationships with potential residents and their families, as well as with professionals in the senior housing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for closing sales that result in new move-ins to increase and/or maintain budgeted occupancy. In addition, you will plan and execute successful marketing and sales events, manage leads, provide tours, and effectively coordinate move-in activities for the residents.

What are the requirements?

It is preferred that the applicant have a Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university. Credits in business or marketing-related subjects are preferred.

Strong selling and closing experience required and proven success in meeting sales goals.

Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Excels at time management and planning and possesses the ability to adapt to change.

Experience working with the elderly or in a healthcare or housing-related field is preferred.

Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new applications; minimum skills include Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Must practice and promote community policies and procedures, mission statement, and core values and leadership.

Must meet all state health requirements including T.B. and must be able to pass state perspective background clearance.

Additional Information:

Annual Salary: $75,000 to $85,000.

Fantastic bonus structure.

Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k.

Mileage reimbursed for work-related travel.
