In 2020, Rebag was named one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies.Role Description:Rebag is actively seeking a Client Experience Sales Manager working in our Boca Raton retail store and focused on clienteling. This sales-focused role involves efficiently advising, educating, styling and assisting customers. Candidates are responsible for providing an elevated customer experience to confidently interact and engage with customers. This is a true start-up sales environment.Job Responsibilities:Passionate about selling through CRM platformsAble to maneuver through multiple software platformsAbility to build rapport and maintain personal relationshipsStrong written communication skills that prove interpersonal skillsAchieve sales targets on a consistent basisLead and assist the store in achieving maximum resultsDrive innovation focused on optimizing current retail sales program, and building/testing new programs and opportunitiesComfortable standing on your feet for long periods of timeWhat We Expect You to Bring To The Table:Luxury fashion experience in sales and have a knowledge of the luxury resale marketExperience with CRM and clienteling toolsSelf-motivated and strong background in driving salesProven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlinesMultitasking and strong time managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present data in an organized mannerAble to present a case study on the industry and what makes Rebag a leader in the IndustryRequirements:Team-oriented and possesses the ability to work cross-functionally with other groups.Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills; highly attentive to detail.Ability to work across multiple systems.Enthusiastic and passionate about the changes in the resale industry.Relatable and conversationalist not afraid of getting to know new facesPassion for Fashion and SustainabilityTech SavvySelf-starter who likes to enjoy a new challengeAmbitious and willing to achieve goals set forth and wanting to be best-in-class at all things you set your mind toLead by example at all timesComfortable standing on your feet for long periods of timeAbility to work weekends and eveningsAbility to lift a maximum of 40 lbs based on needs of the role.Legal right to work in the United StatesProficiency in a language different than English will be a plusSalary Range:
