Want to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button.Job Description:Philips Ultrasound is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the execution of a global marketing strategy for a new POCUS solution in obstetrics designed to meet the needs of underserved geographies. In this role you will work in close collaboration with large global Non-Governmental Organizations (e.g. Gates Foundation).Your role:Defines and executes the global marketing strategy for a new POCUS solution in obstetrics focusing on the needs of underserved communities while ensuring alignment with key markets.Launches and ensures market readiness for new product introductions.Supports key markets with brand awareness and demand generation campaigns and deal closure.Optimizes the channel strategy, including price and margin optimization, direct and indirect channel, and training in close collaboration with the market organizations.Improves and maintains customer relationships (including KOLs) and, based on customer insights and their continuous feedback, provides input that shapes and prioritizes features and value propositions.You're the right fit if:You’ve acquired 10+ years in marketing, sales, or product development, preferably in OBGYN.Your skills include excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal influence skills at all levels of an organization as well as a collaborative mindset to work with cross-sections of product management, marketing, research, and M&A resources to develop new propositions.You have a bachelor’s degree; MBA or other master’s degree preferred in marketing, business, or a related field.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.You also have a proven track record in growing the success of (a) global business(es) and a bold and ambitious mindset.About Philips:We are a health technology company. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and much more.Additional Information:US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
