Now hiring a Mass Communications and Engagement Analyst!Manage and coordinate all aspects of Presbyterians strategic emergency and disaster communication plan; develop effective messaging and communication strategies; disseminate information on Presbyterians policies and initiatives to the workforce, administration, and governance board; produce Human Resource policies, workforce informative bulletins, communication templates, event-specific communications lists; administer monthly communications tests; provide training for new leaders; monitor GETS and WPS privileges and support PHS leaders with the use of this technology; and provide recommendations for improvement to senior leadership. Bachelors degree in Communications, Business Management, Information Security, or related field desired; or 6 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.Preferred 3 years of experience in a combination of Emergency Management, Business Continuity / Business Disaster Recovery, IT Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, and Information security roles.Working knowledge from within an information security function using ISO 27000, NIST CSF, or NIST 800-53, or HIPAA Framework.Experience using Archer and Power BIResponsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain organizational policies and procedures relative to the mass communication system and services.Facilitate and manage the enterprise mass communications program through coordination with vendor(s), technology owners, and organizational leaders.Able to operate with a reasonable degree of independence with regard to GRC and project management activities, including development of project plans and time estimates.Facilitates GRC program oversight processes ensuring compliance with all information security standards and practices and with related federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.Successfully collaborates with external departments to create buy-in, trust, and support for Business Continuity across the enterprise.Leverage existing relationships and process knowledge to enhance the communications program.Collaborate with the Director, ITGRC to establish the appropriate balance between managing GRC initiatives, training, data loss and retention, and e-discovery initiatives.Provide continual monitoring and reporting on the state of each area of responsibility and strategies to enhance success.Experience with information security regulations, including at a minimum National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA).Models high standards of integrity, performance, confidentiality, and demonstrates sound judgement.Benefits All benefits-eligible Presbyterian employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, group term life insurance and other optional voluntary benefits.Wellness
