Job Description:Location is 100% remoteBase out of: Longmont, CO
JOB DUTIES• Technical Illustration: Create and edit detailed technical illustrations using tools Visio, Adobe Illustrator and screen capture software.• Project Management Assistance: Help manage projects using JIRA and Confluence by organizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and ensuring that deliverables are met on time.• Documentation and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and documentation, ensuring that all technical illustrations and supporting materials are accurate and up to date.• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members to ensure smooth project progress.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONExperience:• Visio Proficiency: Demonstrable experience in creating technical illustrations, flowcharts, diagrams, and other visuals using Microsoft Visio.• Project Management Experience: Experience using project management tools such as JIRA to manage workflow, tasks, and deadlines in technical teams.• Confluence Expertise: Proficiency in using Confluence for team collaboration, documentation, and communication.• Team Experience: Previous experience working with engineering or technical teams, ideally in a tech or industrial setting, supporting project management and documentation efforts.Education:• Degree/Certification in a relevant field such as Technical Illustration, Graphic Design, Engineering, or Project Management (or equivalent experience).• Certifications (Optional but Preferred): Certifications in project management tools, design software, or relevant technical fields.
