The Opportunity:Mattel Integrated Marketing Communications Production Team is seeking an Associate Producer to assist in the production of marketing assets for multimedia campaigns, working under the guidance of Producers and Senior Producers.What Your Impact Will Be:80% - Production SupportWhat:

Support the production of both linear and digital Demand Creation Videos (DCVs) from greenlight through delivery. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet creative objectives.How:Collaborate with Producer/Sr. Producer in identifying scope, assessing budget, and outlining production needs based on brand briefs and topline creative.Provide real-time advisement and feasibility on creative concepts based on time, budget, and scope.Build project estimates, schedules, and scope of work for individual productions and traffic to necessary collaborators.Collaborate with creative counterparts and marketing partners during the production process.Manage project lifecycle, track milestones and deadlines within the company project management system to ensure goals are met and cross-department collaborators are kept up-to-date.Produce assets with in-house and third-party resources.Secure all necessary permits and insurance for productions.Source all necessary product for productions by collaborating with Brand partners.Maintain relationships with production crews, freelancers, talent, agencies, and venues.Identify crew and talent for individual productions when required.Manage crew billing and on-set expenses per allotted budget when required.Collaborate with Producer/Sr. Producer in drafting project documents and exhibits with Legal.Assist in disseminating creative treatments, storyboards, scripts, cut reviews, etc. for review and approval to cross-department collaborators.Attend all on-set productions and/or voice-over sessions for live approvals.Liaise between creative and onset crew to ensure alignment with creative concept.Ensure productions stay on schedule and within budget.Manage licensor submission process and turnarounds with Licensing Team.Analyze project status and report risks to Producer/Sr. Producer.Assist with revisions to scope, schedule, and/or budget as needed.20% - Communication and CoordinationWhat:

Maintain detailed communication with stakeholders, clients, and brand teams, providing regular status updates and ensuring alignment throughout the production process.How:Communicate and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.Provide regular status updates to cross-functional teams.Coordinate final asset trafficking and delivery.Support Producers and Senior Producers in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, legal, creative, design, and other departments.

What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in film production, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.3+ years of project management and production experience.Working knowledge of project management principles, creative development, production, and post-production processes.Clear, concise, and professional communication skills both verbal and written.Creative problem solver.Thorough, strong attention to detail and well-organized.Independent workload prioritization skills as well as the ability to collaborate with various teams.Strong bias for action and willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done.Always open to and communicates ideas on how to improve upon processes to increase efficiency.Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, readily adapting to continually changing priorities, nuanced feedback, and aggressive project time frames.Preferred Qualifications:Ability to think on your feet when new and topical subjects arise.Solid content development and management experience, including the ability to optimize all forms of digital collateral to achieve strategic objectives and establish a competitive edge.Experience with the following systems: BOX, Adobe Programs (Workfront, Pro, Frame.io, etc.), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), Zoom, Vimeo, Smartsheets, Basecamp.Salary Range:

The annual base salary range for this position is between $95,200 and $119,000. This range is indicative of projected hiring range; however, annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills, and experience.Don't meet every single requirement?
