You'll be responsible for content development and user engagement, focusing on UX writing and content strategy. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and create intuitive, user-centric onboarding experiences that set a high standard for user engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve crafting and refining the content strategy for educational materials, ensuring consistency and clarity throughout. Leveraging your expertise in content design principles and user-centered design, you will elevate the written content of our products' learning journeys, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience.What you bring:You bring extensive experience in content design, with a robust portfolio demonstrating your proficiency in creating diverse, impactful written experiences. Your deep understanding of content design principles allows you to translate complex concepts into intuitive and engaging written content that enhances user comprehension and interaction. You excel in collaborating with stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives, translating them into innovative and effective solutions. Your attention to detail ensures that every interaction aligns with our design excellence standards and enhances the overall user experience. You're comfortable working independently as well as part of a team, and you're able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output.Expectations and tasks:Create high-quality, user-centric content for onboarding and learning experiences, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to integrate content seamlessly into product experiences.Contribute to content design strategies for various projects, offering innovative ideas and solutions.Conduct content reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality execution across assigned projects.Continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest content design trends and technologies.Apply and advocate for content design best practices that ensure consistency and scalability.Present content concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively to team leads and stakeholders.Mentor junior content designers and UX writers, sharing knowledge and best practices.About you:7+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, technical writing, or content strategy.Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in creating content for various mediums and diverse audiences.Deep understanding of content design principles, user-centered design, and design research.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate concepts and rationale effectively.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of creativity and attention to detail.Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Figma, Mural, Pendo or WalkMe onboarding tools a plus).A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of content design and elevate experiences to a new level.Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Experience in conducting user research and applying insights to content creation.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and user feedback for content optimization.Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related technical field such as Computer Science or Design.About the Team:Our team transforms user engagement from the first interaction onward, creating intuitive onboarding and continuous learning experiences that empower users. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 136300 -283400 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
