The opportunity:

Labyrinth Digital is seeking a leader to build its paid media practice area. You will be responsible for all paid media including but not limited to paid search, paid social, and display channels.

Responsibilities:

Build the paid media practice area at Labyrinth Digital

Develop strategic paid media plans (eg: platform, budget, forecast, campaign structure)

Build, launch, and manage campaigns on multiple advertising platforms

Manage paid media campaigns daily, optimizing creatives, managing media spending, etc.

Actively test and analyze keywords, ad copy, landing pages across various paid media platforms to drive results in line with clients' goals

Lead bi-weekly client calls to discuss account performance and action plans based on findings

Compile monthly and quarterly performance reports

Communicate paid media plans to clients and internal team members

Work directly with the creative team to provide strategic analysis and support on what is performing well or not. This will inform creative decision-making for client work.

Responsible for assisting in the technical setup for paid campaigns i.e. placing pixels, setting up conversion goals, setting up Ads Manager accounts, product feed

Stay up-to-date with the latest paid social trends through ongoing training, conferences, and learnings from running client campaigns.

Skills And Qualifications:

4-6 years of experience in paid social media and paid search

BA Degree in Marketing, Math, Analytics, or any relevant field

An analytical thinker and life-long learner

Managed campaigns on these platforms: Google Search Ads, Google Shopping Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads

Nice to Have: TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads

Benefits:

Salary: $90,000-$120,000 per year + bonus

We are a small company. We have 4 team members and are looking to add the 5th. There isn’t a corporate ladder to climb and we are pretty informal. We work hard, we’re smart and we love tackling small business challenges. What are you looking for in a company and why?
