The annual base salary for this position ranges from $62,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $139,200.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Nike's Creative Operations team is seeking a skilled Digital Asset Coordinator to join our expanding Post-Production function. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control workflows for high-volume photography and video content. The role will work closely with the in-house Post-Production team and be responsible for reviewing assets to ensure they meet the technical, creative and product accuracy standards in accordance with Nike brand guidelines. Additionally, they will be responsible for collecting, uploading, tagging, archiving, distributing and publishing all relevant digital assets generated for digital commerce and campaign projects. This is a full-time position based at Nike's Los Angeles Photo Studio. Applicants must provide a portfolio showcasing their technical proficiency.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Digital Asset Coordinator to join our studio in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, with strong written & verbal communication skills and experience collaborating with a team of post-production artists, producers, creative stakeholders, project managers, and external partners. This candidate should have strong technical and organizational skills with experienced knowledge of the Adobe suite of products, specifically Photoshop, Bridge, Premiere, After Effects and Camera Raw. Proficiency in Capture One, Airtable, Frame.io, Figma, InDesign and Illustrator, a plus.

What You Will Work On

If this is you, you will be responsible for critical quality assurance reviews, product accuracy checkpoints, and asset approvals for the Nike, Converse and Jordan product imaging catalog prior to file release. You will maintain the highest level of quality control for all asset deliverables including consistency, accuracy, and completeness against brand standards and style guides. Additionally, you will support the organization, collection, import, tagging, distribution, asset trafficking and archival of all relevant still & video assets for assigned brand marketing creative productions. These assets are necessary to fulfill various lines of business within the greater Nike digital ecosystem and your role will facilitate the collection of digital assets from internal and external sources to ensure files are organized and published properly to all downstream channels. You will be asked to escalate related issues, identify solutions to achieve business objectives, maintain post-production file tracking, become a subject-matter expert in Nike delivery systems/platforms, and ensure all deliverables meet our expert quality standards and launch timelines.

Who You Will Work With

Under the leadership of the Post-Production Director and mentorship of the Digital Asset Manager, you will serve as a primary liaison within the Post-Production Digital Assets team and work closely with other studio members to provide support for various production processes. This includes but is not limited to publishing workflows, applying metadata tags, managing folder structure hierarchy in accordance with best practices, enforcing file format standards, managing final file naming conventions, assigning usage terms, etc. Advanced knowledge of file formats, video codecs, audio formats, aspect ratios, and file processing is preferred. Critical attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects, and clear communication between many different stakeholders is a priority.
