We seek dedicated individuals who share our sense of urgency, unity, and excellence.This role has the ability to be fully remote in the Western Region of the United States.Responsibilities:Understand all aspects of the business and partner with executive leadership to define strategy and successful criteria for the future.Support the definition of organization’s priorities, translating strategy into defined tactics, programs/projects priorities, and timelines.Lead Solta's strategic plan and coordinate annual operating plans; ensure critical interdependencies are flagged and addressed with functional teams in a timely manner.Create business cases and lead key efforts for business development deals; work through organic and inorganic innovation priorities with Global Strategic Marketing, R&D, and all key functions.Partner with leadership to define and drive end-to-end execution of critical commercial and operational innovation projects.Apply general business, financial, and scientific knowledge across all projects to ensure seamless execution of innovation plans.Help define clear success measures and ongoing performance monitoring.Monitor external market trends that may impact Solta’s strategic plans and develop recommendations to prepare and/or respond.Lead and coordinate leadership team meetings, prioritizing agenda, ensuring the right topics are discussed at the right time.Qualifications:A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of related experience (Strategic Marketing, Business Development, Strategy, Project Management), including prior leadership experience and 3 years of strategic planning; Master’s degree preferred.Life sciences, pharma, or medical device experience is required.Strong analytical skills: market model building, business case building, financial forecast, ad-hoc analysis for key business or investment decisions.Strategic and innovative thinker and self-starter with the ability to operate with discretion and resourcefulness.Business development (M&A) and deal integration experience preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.Experience managing mid to large size projects in a complex matrixed medical device or pharmaceutical company.Highly collaborative, working hand-in-hand with functional teams to achieve desired results.Demonstrated leadership skills to identify opportunities, bring teams together, and help implement solutions.Travel as necessary.Benefits:The benefits package includes a Comprehensive Medical (includes Prescription Drug), Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account with company contribution, Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k) matching, discretionary time off, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment insurance, 12 paid holidays, Employee Assistance Plan, commuter benefit, recognition awards, voluntary benefits, employee referral bonuses, and employee discounts.As required by law, Bausch Health provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in the US. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
