Bilingual (English/Spanish) Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

A nationwide mass torts and immigration law firm is seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team. As the CMO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our overall marketing strategy to drive business growth and increase brand awareness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in social media marketing (Ads via Facebook, Instagram, etc.), branding, and lead generation, and should preferably have experience running high social media budgets (over $500k to $1 million per month). Additionally, excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for this role. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.Skills required:
