Marketing Manager, Global Oral Care

is responsible for leading strategy and priority innovation projects that translate to profitable growth for priority markets to sustain our Category Leadership.Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of global Innovation Projects across new product and commercial innovation, including exploration of new product formats and innovative commercial ideas.Shape global brand strategy through development of tools including a global brand growth playbook.Partner with R&D on pipeline development, including upstream technologies and capabilities.Identify transformative ways for claims to impact the business, enabling markets to deliver on strategic priorities.Support our Healthy Lives Mission through sustainable product and packaging advancements.Drive Strategic Portfolio Management that strengthens the base business through package, product and/or claim updates.Set the vision for the cross-functional team on new development projects and lead the teams to bring strong innovation to market.Identify unique opportunities to deliver solutions to underserved communities.Identify global social impact opportunities to drive relevance with new consumers that reflect and amplify our brand values.Monitor market and consumer dynamics to share best practices across Global markets.Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree is required, Master’s in business or marketing specialization preferred.A minimum of 3 years of progressive marketing experience is required.Experience leading complex projects with a variety of collaborators required.Experience leading in a matrix environment and cross-functional teams is required.Experience in providing marketing thought leadership—translating consumer insight to drive decisions – is required.Demonstrated financial acumen in making effective business decisions is required.Ability to travel up to 10% is required.Desired Qualifications

Master’s degree in business or marketing specialization preferred.Experience working in a global organization and collaborating with regional groups is preferred.Experience in successful partnership with R&D organizations to develop innovative products is preferred.Partnership with key cross-functional partners to lead and execute projects including Local Marketing, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Packaging, and Project Management.Strong data and strategy orientation to set the vision for innovation and drive action.Ability to operate with agility to capitalize on trends and deliver fast-paced innovation.What’s In It For You
