Technical Director , you'll spearhead their engineering efforts, guiding a talented team through the complexities of AAA game development. Your role will involve:

Architectural oversight

Code reviews

Ensuring best practices

You'll work closely with clients, representing their technical prowess and managing multiple projects to the highest standards.

To Qualify:

Prior AAA game development experience

Ability to lead and mentor diverse teams

Proficiency with Unreal Engine 5 or 4, C++

Proficiency with Unity, C#

Experience in gameplay mechanics, system architecture, and scalable game systems

Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to clients
