In this role, you’ll have a high degree of ownership and will get to make an impact across all aspects of the demand generation strategy, including integrated campaigns, email, and 3rd-party programs.If you love startups and are proactive, creative, organized, and a great communicator, this is the position for you. As a bonus, you’ll get to work with great people, engage with a fun target audience (we recruiters), and market a beloved product (check out Gem on G2!).What You’ll Do Day-to-DayDesign and run integrated campaigns that create high-quality pipeline for Sales by targeting different segments, personas, and funnel stages.Lead all email programs in collaboration with Marketing Ops, including nurture sequences, newsletters, and targeted promotions for product and content launches.Manage relationships with vendors for 3rd-party programs, such as newsletter sponsorships, content syndication, and more.Analyze campaign performance data to find insights and maximize ROI, while also providing regular reports to stakeholders.Own and manage the marketing calendar across all programs; ensure it’s always up-to-date and make recommendations for load balancing throughout each quarter.Support the end-to-end demand generation strategy by stepping in wherever needed; we’re looking for someone versatile who’s eager to gain experience across program types.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Content, Events, Sales, and RevOps to ensure campaigns are on message and integrated across all channels.About You3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, integrated campaigns, or similar roles at B2B technology companies.Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and great at managing multiple projects simultaneously.Eager to be part of a fast-paced startup environment; you view change as exciting and want the chance to own meaningful programs and make an impact.Hands-on knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce, including the ability to build and execute campaigns.Experience working with external vendors to jointly run programs.Ability to analyze data to identify opportunities to improve campaigns.Strong communication skills, including the ability to write engaging copy for emails and landing pages.Gem is an equal opportunity employer.
