Position Summary:
The Director of Admissions is responsible for overseeing census development and the admissions process as well as initiating and implementing marketing programs that will drive census growth. Working with the Regional Marketing Director and the Center Administrative staff, the Admissions Director oversees the coordination of all referrals, inquiries, admissions, and daily communication with customers (families, referral sources, etc.) at the designated Center.
The Director of Admissions is responsible for ensuring adherence to all regulatory procedures with regard to the admissions process and will ensure that the admission process is in accordance with the philosophy, policies, and procedures established by the company.
Reports to:
As the Director of Admissions, you report directly to the Center Administrator, with a dotted line to the Regional Marketing Director who will work to support your marketing efforts.
Supervises:
The Director of Admissions may have direct report oversight of an Admissions Coordinator and Center Receptionist.
