If you are considering sending an application, make sure to hit the apply button below after reading through the entire description.Key Responsibilities:Ensures that HR Communications Go to Market workstream project and program objectives are defined, and necessary preliminary activities are tracked, completed per the timeline and highlights competing priorities for re-prioritization as needed.Implements methods to resolve problems, update, simplify, enhance and optimize existing inter-departmental processes such as the work intake processes, approval process, executive promotion process, HR Partner Forum request to present process.Performs COE work intake sessions to assess scope and capacity.Serves as an interface to the COEs, HR Partners, HR Operations and non-HR functional departments to appropriately and effectively escalate and/or redirect inquiries/concerns and liaison.Effectively works with other staff to maximize productivity for the project/program.Serves as the primary operational subject matter expert to the HR Communications team which includes setting up COE check-in meetings operating rhythm, standard decks, meeting notes, HR Partner and Manager Forums, weekly/bi-weekly creative and video production calls, sending previews to HR and communications globally from HR mailbox, posting Applied4U articles, maintaining HR Communications calendar, etc.Provides key success metrics including survey results on effectiveness and customer satisfaction.Serves as the primary interface to the internal Global Contingent Workforce representatives for the internal onboarding process and vendors to appropriately and effectively escalate and/or redirect inquiries/concerns and liaison.Skills:Demonstrated collaborative work style. $80,000.00 - $110,000.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
