ACMA works to establish best practices and rigorous quality/competency standards globally to elevate patient care, collaborating with the pharmaceutical/biotech Industry, Regulators, and Academia. We serve the pharmaceutical, biotech and life sciences industry with our educational, AI and advisory products and solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing a marketing strategy to drive the business forwardAnalyzing key marketing performance metrics and providing market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results and consumer trendsAdjusting the marketing plan in light of the above and formulating unique insights to better understand the consumer and contribute towards the overall business strategyProviding Strategic oversight for the ACMA Brand & positioning in the marketDriving B2B & B2C revenue growthOverseeing the management of annual marketing budgetsBuilding strong relationships with key organizations and associations relevant to ACMA businessDelivering an overview of all marketing activities aiming to drive awareness and sales – ranging from digital, print, media and social media to market research and direct marketingOverseeing coordination with external agencies (if applicable)Coordinating with conference partnersCoordination with media/PRProviding guidance for the marketing team on work priorities, budgets, and resourcesConducting daily stand-up meetings with marketing team membersAssist with onboarding and hiring of new marketing team membersAssist with the development of performance metrics for marketing team membersMarketing and brand strategy development to raise ACMA brand reputation and recognitionStrategy implementation of a high-performing marketing strategy to improve business performance across on and offline channelsMarket analysis and evaluation of marketing campaignsEnsuring that marketing initiatives are effective, proactive and engagingCommunicating marketing goals effectively, both within the team and the wider businessDeveloping and leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve strategic goals and deliver a measurable resultCreating best practices and using insights to develop and implement marketing plans across the businessEnsuring that ACMA marketing efforts are data driven and based on best practicesKey SkillsCan help build and manage PPC ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc..)Experience with HubSpot CRM & Marketing ToolsExperience with Heat mapping toolsStrong eye for detail, design, and marketing trendsExperience with SEO/SEM strategiesExperience with Affiliate & Influencer Marketing StrategiesQualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related fieldProven working experience in digital marketing, particularly with knowledge of the life sciences or pharmaceutical industryHighly creative, self-motivated individual with experience identifying target audiences and creating engaging and informative digital campaignsHighly motivated, driven, and a strong work ethic
