Read all the information about this opportunity carefully, then use the application button below to send your CV and application.The lead graphic designer is responsible for building the brand identity, supporting the overall marketing vision for Stella Rosa, Stella Rosa Brandy, San Antonio Specialty, Spritz del Conte, and other innovative brands. They lead the creative vision to inspire and provide guidance to marketing peers, acting as a liaison between marketing strategy and visual design. This role builds, executes, and maintains brand standards across all channels.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.Collaborate cross-functionally with all members of the marketing team to provide assets needed to support campaign objectives.Meet regularly with the Brand Team, Media Team, Events Team, and Shopper marketing to identify and execute campaign direction and assets.Work in partnership with the Media Team on all commercial, creative concept development, and planning for commercial photoshoots to ensure the integrity of brand identity.Support brand events as needed to ensure the integrity of brand identity.Comfortable with building presentations and bringing creative and analytical data to drive brand strategy.Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines for internal and external partners.Work with cross-functional team members to align strategies and ensure progress.Ensure brand concepts align with brand strategies and identity.Develop and safeguard brand identity for existing and new brands.Partner with Senior Brand Manager to collaborate, receive feedback, and develop campaign direction.Maintain timelines of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.Delegate tasks as needed to team members to ensure progress towards deadlines.Act as subject matter expert on tools, training, and workshops to support junior designers.Attend/Host trade shows and lunch-and-learns to share expertise and educate peers on brand identity.Provide feedback, mentoring, and design guidance to junior designers.Serve as point of contact for the team in the absence of the Senior Brand Manager.Check in weekly with the design team on campaign status, identifying barriers, and escalating to Senior Brand Managers.Own major design projects with high visibility from start to finish.Maintain rapport and serve as contact point for external vendors and contractors.Support brand decks for various business facets: sales, retail, hospitality, events, etc.Assist with various projects on an as-needed basis for the Marketing Department.Minimum Qualifications:A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a similar field preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience as a mid-level Graphic Designer.Minimum 3 years of experience within CPG specializing in Food & Beverage.Understanding of design in brand marketing, with a focus on brand identity.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong time-management skills and ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects.Ability to give clear feedback and follow up as needed.Ability to interact and collaborate with all functional levels and business areas.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with others.Strong relational skills and ability to anticipate needs.Comfortable working in both in-person and mobile, interactive environments.Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and challenges.Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.High level of emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex situations.Self-starter, able to work in a space of ambiguity and evolving roles, and solutions-oriented.Problem solver, resourceful, and able to find solutions independently.Competent with reporting systems, Microsoft Office, Asana, and Adobe Creative Suite.Experience in Audio/Editing/3D Imaging/Motion Graphics is a plus.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS401(k)Health insurancePaid time offVision insurance30% Discount on Riboli Family WinesPay Range: $68,000 - $78,000 USDAt Riboli Family Wines, we are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer committed to an environment of mutual respect, diversity, and inclusion.
