We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Advisor to provide advice and assistance to customers to maximize the likelihood of a sale. You will be responsible for a variety of duties including interviewing potential talent, advising them, and enrolling them in one of our programs that give them the tools they need to get started in the Entertainment Industry.
An excellent Talent Advisor must be energetic, outgoing, fashionable, and confident with strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to acquire thorough knowledge of the company’s products and pass that knowledge to customers along with a great deal of enthusiasm. The goal is to guide new talent in starting their career by giving them the tools they need through our professional marketing programs.
Responsibilities
Interview potential candidates
Speak to large groups with confidence
Meet with families and offer them advice on our programs to persuade them to buy
Provide information and other services such as advice on headshots/resumes, etc.
Deal with complaints in a patient and helpful manner
Enroll potential candidates into our Marketing Programs
Write up contracts using PandaDoc
Update customer information in databases
Go the “extra mile” to meet targets
Skills
Must have Intangible Sales Experience
Strong presentation and persuasive skills
Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer systems and databases
Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
Patient and comfortable dealing with complaints
Professionalism and outgoing personality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Good physical endurance
High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation:
$4K a month guarantee/draw against commission

$4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
