Overview As a Senior Marketing Specialist for Marketing Automation and Email Operations, you will be responsible for our marketing automation, digital campaign operations in Sales Force Marketing Cloud (connected to Sales Force CRM), email marketing operations, and marketing technology stack integrations that power our digital marketing solutions at Panasonic Connect.

This role will contribute to strategic and tactical planning to make sure we are driving forward digital transformation as it relates to our marketing automation and email operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable articulating technical solutions, working with technology partners, and driving consensus with business stakeholders to improve digital marketing operations.This is an exciting role that blends technical marketing automation and CRM system skills, with digital customer engagement fundamentals in a fast-paced B2B technology business environment.What You Will Bring:You will have a strong understanding and experience with CRM platforms, buyer journey mapping, field mapping, audience building, personalization, email automation, account-based marketing (ABM), and a solid grasp on database management best practices. You will be experienced managing email operations including template design, listing building, and segmentation. You will work closely with the vertical marketing, digital marketing, event marketing, and the IT/Sales Force teams to ensure business requirements and buyer journeys are active to help Panasonic Connect nurture and grow our customer database.Key Accountabilities:Manage marketing automation and email marketing operations for diverse Panasonic Connect business units.Build B2B customer journeys, develop audience lists, and manage the development, sending, and reporting of email nurturing campaigns in Sales Force Marketing Cloud.Work with marketing stakeholders and agency partners on email templates, assets, nurture campaign workflows, and performance monitoring.Manage and import contact and lead lists from different campaign sources leveraging both automated processes and manual processes.Collaborate with IT and digital marketing teams to ensure digital campaigns are programmed and executed successfully to nurture customers and build our database.Provide guidance and expertise on CRM automation to the team and ensure data compliance and best practices are applied to digital operations and database management.Provide CRM data and email marketing performance dashboards to marketing and sales team as needed for QBRs and real-time analysis.Archive historic campaigns, maintain good data hygiene, and manage sender profile to ensure deliverability and quality of campaigns.Evaluate, maintain, and ensure CRM connections to Martech platform's functions across the technology stack.Manage data connections from platforms and lead generation sources including but not limited to: website forms, chat bots, webinars, event applications, video, social media, paid media, and 3rd party data sources.Partner with IT / Sales Force admin teams and vendors when needed to ensure smooth exchange of data and reporting.Propose new connections and data workflows to improve efficiency and digital operations.Provide advice and suggestions to IT and digital transformation team, be the marketing automation subject matter expert.Provide expertise on privacy regulations and data compliance.Planning, vendor management, budgeting, and campaign reporting to ensure high performance digital operations and transparency into results.Partner with vertical marketing, creative services, and digital marketing to develop impactful email marketing campaigns and CTAs.Collaborate with inside sales and account managers to ensure CRM, email activities, and account-based marketing activities support the business.Recommend and propose new data sources or ways of doing business to improve digital marketing KPIs.Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field is required.5-10 yrs. of CRM, email marketing automation, and digital marketing operations experience with a proven track record of delivering business results.Thorough knowledge of marketing automation, email marketing operations, and lead nurturing best practices, as well as strong project management skills is required. Experience managing campaigns inside a CRM platform is required.Experience architecting and executing campaigns in Sales Force is preferred, but not required.Experience with other marketing platforms, managing 3rd party connections, or CRM tools is preferred (iCapture, On24, ZoomInfo, Zapier, Demand Tools, HubSpot).Fundamental knowledge of common privacy and data regulations (GPDR, CAN-SPAM/CCPA) is required.Experience in B2B or B2C demand generation, customer engagement, and applying marketing automation strategies to improve pipeline outcomes.Problem Solving:

Understanding of IT concepts and the ability to architect data workflows.Creative thinking ability to work through situations using out of the box thinking to solve problems.Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret data and continually evolve strategies based on key learning.Communications:

Ability to effectively lead a team of diverse cross-functional interests to achieve desired business objectives/goals.Ability to work, organize, and be effective in a complex matrix organization.Ability to communicate and collaborate with IT stakeholders on technical topics.Proven leadership skills with the ability to work independently and communicate with all levels of an organization.Solid prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to make decisions and resolve issues while working under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Sales Force Marketing Cloud.Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.Other:
