We are currently on the lookout for Full-Time Marketing Representatives to join our client’s marketing & customer service team! The Full-Time Marketing Representative will be tasked with supporting the efforts of our marketing campaigns and promotional customer service taking place throughout the local area and working directly with our clients' leads!

As a Full-Time Marketing Representative, you will develop marketing campaigns and introduce new products into the marketplace through interactive campaigns. Our highly trained entry-level Marketing Representatives serve as campaign managers and brand ambassadors for each of our client brands. The Full-Time Marketing Representative is responsible for executing dynamic marketing campaigns that make each client’s products competitive in a highly competitive marketplace and ultimately assist in increasing market share!

For all entry-level representatives, we consider their interests, strengths, and qualifications when training and developing their skill set in the following key areas of each marketing campaign:
Marketing strategies geared towards increasing client revenue through direct marketing and face-to-face interactionsIndividual coaching techniques taught by our excellent and well-trained marketing and sales teamStrong leadership and management abilities over time through trial and error along with situational trainingAssess customer and client needs based on the demand of the client and the quota needed by the local officeFull training is provided! We are looking for immediate entry-level staff who are motivated about learning all business aspects of a growing marketing firm to start working right away!
Ideal Full-Time Representatives will:
Have a great student mentalityStrong interpersonal skillsBe comfortable working with customers face to facePrefer immediate availability and be able to work full-time hoursBe able to commute to events throughout the local areaPossess outstanding communication skillsWork effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitudeHave some previous experience in retail, sales, or customer serviceThis role is an entry-level position with significant opportunities for advancement. Please note that the position requires travel to our onsite location in Los Angeles.
